Enrollment,
Tuition, Payment, and Late Charges
- The
Fall/Spring session runs August-May, and the Summer session runs June-August.
An annual registration fee is due at the time of enrollment and is good
through the summer session of each year.
- The
registration fee, first month's tuition, and a deposit equal to one
month's tuition are due at registration.
- The
registration fee is non-refundable. The tuition and deposit are refundable
up to seven days before a session begins.
- There
will be a 15% holding charge on all refunds up to seven days prior to
the start date. No refunds will be issued following this date.
- Payments
do not vary due to holidays or the number of weeks in a month.
- Tuition
payments are due on the first class day of each month and should be
paid in the office.
- Prompt
payment is expected, and monthly statements will not be sent. Late charges
of $15.00 will be assessed when payment is not made before the first
class of each month.
- Students
may be dropped from classes if tuition payments have not been made by
the end of each month.
Student Class
Attire
- Girls
must wear leotards. No unitards. Shorts may be worn only with the instructor's
permission.
- Hair must
be pulled back from the face and secured.
- Boys may
wear t-shirts and shorts.
- No zippers,
snaps, or jewelry may be worn.
- All students
will participate in class barefoot.
Students
Arriving and Departing
- Please
be on time for class. Warm-up is important in helping prevent injury.
- Pick up
students promptly after class. Please do not block the drive-through
lane waiting for your child.
- We are
not responsible for students once they leave the building.
Observation
and Conferences
- We welcome
parents to observe from our viewing areas.
- Only Flips
staff and students are allowed into the gym areas. If you need to communicate
to your child or an instructor during class time, our office staff will
be glad to do so for you.
- Conferences
are by appointment only, and may be scheduled with the director or instructor.
- We encourage
you to be involved with your child's progress in our program.
Missed Classes
and Dropping
- Missed
classes will not result in prorated tuition or refund.
- Make up
classes may not be taken. We do offer passes to open gym for missed
class time.
- Holidays
do not count as missed classes and will not be made up.
- Notice
must be given to the office at the beginning of the month if you decide
to drop.
- Your deposit
may be put toward that month's tuition or held on file for further use.
